By train to Särkänniemi

It is easy to arrive to Särkänniemi by train. There are buses and trams from Tampere Railway Station that will take you to Särkänniemi in about 20 minutes. By bus or tram to Särkänniemi

The benefit can be obtained with the Särkänniemi Wristband or with the ticket-specific QR code found at the bottom of the ticket delivery message sent to the e-mail, on the visit date. Using it is easy: simply scan the QR code of the Wristband or the order confirmation on the ticket reader when entering bus, tram or Tampere district train. You can travel between 9 am and midnight for a total of two journeys: to Särkänniemi and back.

By bike to Särkänniemi

There are parking spots for bikes by the ticket booths at the main entrance. It is easy to bike to Särkänniemi through Tampere's bike lanes. By the ticket booths there are also city bikes available.

When arriving from the west it is easy to arrive to Särkänniemi following Paasikiventie street. When arriving from the east you should drive through the Tampere Tunnel and follow the signs. When arriving from the south you can drive through Ratina and Hämeenpuisto to Särkänniemi.

By boat to Särkänniemi

You can arrive to Särkänniemi along Lake Näsijärvi by boat as well. Mustalahti harbor located by Särkänniemi has a guest berth.

Parking in Särkänniemi

Parking in Särkänniemi parking lots is chargeable on the days when the rides are operating. The price is 18 €/day.

The parking fee can be paid by card or cash at ticket sales and vending machines, or to the security guard by card (not cash) when leaving the parking lot. The parking ticket purchased from a ticket vending machine or ticket booth must be handed over to the traffic controller when exiting the parking lot. You can also pay for parking via the Moovy app (service fee +15%). There is limited parking space at Särkänniemi. If the nearby Särkänniemi parking area is full, the remote parking option is Finnpark Näsinkulma. You can purchase the cheaper 18 € daily price through Finnpark's online store.

Charging points for electric cars in the intermediate parking lot

In the Särkänniemi parking lot near the main gate of Särkänniemi, there are ten electric car charging points. You need the ToloGo application to charge your car in Särkänniemi. This app can be found in the Google Play store and the App Store. Through the application, it is possible to check in advance whether there are free charging points. Guest parking at Sara Hildén Art Museum

Sara Hildén Art Museum has customer parking spaces in its courtyard for museum visitors. To park in the museum’s parking area during opening hours, the vehicle’s license plate number must be registered at the museum ticket desk when purchasing an exhibition ticket.

Unobstructed parking

Unobstructed parking is available near Särkänniemi Main Gate. The staff will help you with finding a parking spot on the open days of the amusement park in the summer and during the Creepy carnival. Parking at Särkänniemi is free of charge for the holders of the parking card for people with disabilities.
