There are baby care facilities in the hallway of the Aquarium, at Joy Plaza and at the entrance to the Doghill (Koiramäki). The toilet facilities of Restaurant Ilo is all equipped with baby care worktops.

The luggage lockers are located by the Tornado roller coaster exit and opposite side of Särkänniemi Shop.

The luggage lockers at Särkänniemi can be found in the amusement park between the exit of Tornado roller coaster and Särkänniemi Shop. The daily rental fee (max. 12 hours) is 5 €, and it can only be paid with a payment card that has a contactless payment feature. Cash payments are not possible. The locker does not have a key; instead, the payment card used for the transaction functions as the key for the day. You can access the locker as many times as you want during the day without any extra charge for additional openings. A maximum of one locker can be rented per day with a single payment card.

How to use the locker: 1. Put your belongings in the locker and make note of the locker number. 2. Close the door. 3. Read your payment card on the reader within 20 seconds of closing the door. Before the payment, make sure that the number on the screen corresponds to the number of your locker. 4. Ensure the door is locked. How to open the locker or end its use: 1. Read the same payment card on the reader that you used to close the locker. 2. Take your belongings out of the locker. 3. If you want to continue using the locker, repeat the steps in "How to use the locker." The locker size is 30 cm x 37.5 cm x 50 cm.

Our First Aid Station is located next to Joy Plaza and opposite to Pizza Paparazzi. The skilled first aid staff will help you, and if necessary, you will be directed to further investigation and treatment.

The post box is situated at the Main Entrance. Salespeople in the shops will also take cards for posting. Stamps are available in shops.
