Särkänniemi tickets are sold at Särkänniemi online store and on the spot at Särkänniemi.

Products can be ordered from the online store and delivered either by mail, in which case the normal delivery period is usually 4-7 business days (in the case of season card, around 7 days), or you can pick up the products from Särkänniemi ticket sales on the day of the visit.

Some of the products can only be delivered by mail (e.g. Season Card and Gift Card). In this case you can't select pick up as the delivery method. Some of the products can only be picked up and in this case you can't choose mail as the delivery method.

Ticket products ordered online can be picked up from any open ticket sales office or ticket machine at Särkänniemi. Online orders can be picked up earliest thirty minutes from placing the order.

During the summer season when the rides are open, the tickets are sold at the main gate and at the information point located at Näsinneula Observation Tower lobby. Tickets are also sold inside the park at Tukkifoto (located next to Log River). Please note that you can't use this ticket sales office without having to pay for the park entrance fee. During the winter season you can buy tickets at the information point located at Näsinneula Observation Tower lobby.

The products can be picked up until the end of their validation. When picking up the products you should have the order confirmation e-mail either printed out or available so that you can show it from the screen of your phone, for example. Please download the photos attached to the e-mail so that the QR code is visible. If you can't show the order confirmation, you should tell the order number and show your ID.

After the purchase you get an order confirmation to your e-mail. If you didn't get the confirmation after the purchase and you are a registered customer, you can see the order by logging in to your customer account from the login button located on the top of the page.

You can use Edenred, Epassi and Smartum culture benefits at Särkänniemi only when paying for the separate entrance tickets to Näsinneula Observation Tower, Doghill Fairytale Farm, Aquarium, Planetarium and Valkea – Light and Art Festival. In addition, cultural benefits can be used to pay for the Särkänniemi Event wristband, which Includes admission to Valkea 2024 – Light and Art Festival, Doghill Christmas, Näsinneula Observation Tower, Aquarium, and Planetarium on one day of your choice 12.–15.12.2024. Passes cannot be purchased using the culture benefits as they include rides or the entrance to amusement park and amusement parks are not accepted in the culture benefits program by the Finnish law.

Doghill Christmas ticket can be purchased using the culture benefits as these don't include rides.

You can only use culture benefits on the spot at Särkänniemi.

At the Särkänniemi shops and ticket booths you can pay with the most common bank and credit cards (Visa, Diners Club, American Express, Mastercard), Visa Electron and MobilePay. Our sales points have chip card readers.

The tickets ordered from our online store, on spot at Särkänniemi or from our retailers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Wristbands

Särkänniemi Wristband: Includes entry to the amusement park area, the Näsinneula Observation Tower, the Aquarium, the Planetarium, and Doghill Fairytale Farm, as well as access to all open rides, subject to height restrictions.

The Nysse Benefit (free public transport to and from Särkänniemi on the day of your visit) is only included with Särkänniemi Wristbands purchased through Särkänniemi’s online store and tied to a specific date at the time of purchase.

Särkänniemi Wristbands with an open-date option (Särkänniemi wristband, open date) purchased through Särkänniemi’s online store must be activated before visiting. Wristbands obtained from resellers, sales events, organizations, etc., are ready for use and activate automatically on the visit day when scanned for the first time at Särkänniemi.

Rides Wristband: Includes entry to the amusement park area and access to all open rides, subject to height restrictions.

Attractions Wristband: Includes entry to the amusement park area and access to open attractions (Näsinneula Observation Tower, Aquarium, Planetarium, and Doghill Fairytale Farm). Does not include rides.

Single Tickets

Amusement Park Entrance Ticket: Includes entry to the amusement park area.

Näsinneula Ticket: Includes entry to the Näsinneula Observation Tower. When Neula Sky Café is open, the ticket also includes a complimentary coffee, tea, or glass of juice.

Aquarium Ticket: Includes entry to the Aquarium.

Planetarium Ticket: Includes entry to one Planetarium show.

Doghill Fairytale Farm Ticket: Includes entry to Doghill Fairytale Farm.

The Rides Wristband, Attractions Wristband, Amusement Park Entrance Ticket, and Doghill Fairytale Farm Ticket will be available for purchase closer to the start of the summer season. However, the Särkänniemi Wristband, as well as tickets for the Aquarium, Planetarium, and Näsinneula Observation Tower, are already available for purchase online.
