Here, you'll meet Dogghill's animal friends, such as Jemma and Aune, the goats, Amelie the donkey, and Alli, the crossbred pig, along with their friends. Buy ticketsThe earlier you buy, the more affordable your tickets will be. Daily tickets are available starting from 13.50 € (normal price 18.90 €). The Christmas Pass, which grants access to the Doghill Christmas event, as well as the Aquarium and Näsinneula plus Nysse buses and trams, costs 22.90 € when purchased in advance (normal price 24.90 €). Edenred, Epassi, and Smartum cultural benefits can be used as payment for Doghill Christmas tickets.
You can also visit the event with an unused open date Särkänniemi Pass or Rides Pass purchased for the summer of 2023. These passes are equivalent to the Christmas Pass. You can also access Doghill Christmas, the Aquarium, and Näsinneula with a 2024 Season Card!

Särkänniemi and Nysse are piloting a ticket partnership for Doghill Christmas 2023, so the Christmas Passes purchased from Särkänniemi online store also include transportation to the event on Nysse buses and trams.
The travel entitlement included in the Pass (wristband) is valid on all Nysse zones on the event day, starting from 10.00 until one hour after the closing of Näsinneula. On event Saturdays, the travel entitlement is valid until 00:30 the following Sunday, until 21.30 on Sundays, and until 19.00 on December 26-27, 2023.
The benefit is available with the Christmas Pass for the specific day or the Christmas Pass ticket delivery message received via email, and using it is easy: the QR code on the ticket delivery message or the wristband is scanned directly at the bus or tram ticket machine. The travel entitlement must be validated on all trips when boarding a bus or tram.
This offer is applicable only to Christmas Passes purchased from Särkänniemi's online store and cannot be used with the Christmas Ticket or a Christmas Pass purchased on the spot at Särkänniemi.
Christmas activities and program
Doghill Christmas is full of fun activities and programs. This year, the spotlight is on Doghill's animal friends who celebrate their own Christmas at Doghill both in the cozy stable and outdoor enclosures. You can also try pony rides (7 € per ride).
In the Doghill House (Koiramäen talo), children's Christmas gift wishes are listened to by the real Santa Claus, and at the Grandma's house (Mummula), you can meet the mysterious Kotatonttu elf, the protector of the elves' tasks, who shares secrets with groups and helps everyone find their own mission. Visits to Kotatonttu and Santa Claus are included in the Doghill entrance ticket price and are suitable for the whole family.
In Dr. Oetker's gingerbread workshop, you can decorate gingerbread cookies, and at the Purina gift wrapping workshop, you can wrap a special treat for your furry friend. Tassu Theater hosts festive celebrations, and at various animal enclosures, you can observe both the animals' feeding shows and the Mangalitza pigs' Christmas gift playtime. You can also listen to a Christmas story, and each event day concludes with Fire Lady's Christmas fire show.
At Gunnas Bookstore and Tropin ja Nekun Candy Store, you can do your Christmas shopping, and Cafe Von Guggelböö and Hurtan Hattara & Tötterö's treats, as well as the tent's tasty grilled sausages will keep you warm even in cold weather. Don't forget about String Pull, where you can win a prize with every pull! Join the fun Elf Path too!
